Purchasing
Once you have placed your order you will receive a Paypal receipt for your transaction. We will aim to send out your order within 48hrs (normally 24hrs) of your receipt. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be posted out until Monday.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this system.

Shipping
We ship all orders via regular (air) mail using Royal mail. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order. Only items specified on the site will be shipped using insured mail.

Returns Policy
Once an order is placed with Clutter Magazine, we will not accept returns. All sales are final.

If your magazine arrives in unsuitable condition or damaged, please email us with a photograph and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

If you fail to receive your order in a timely manor please contact us and we will provide a replacement copy. If you provide us with an incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to pay a second postage charge.

Privacy Policy
Our customer details are kept secure; we will not pass them on to any 3rd party. We do not hold any financial records of your credit or debit cards. All of those details are held by Paypal our payment processor.
