Purchasing
Once you have placed your order with us you will receive an email receipt for your order. For individual stores we have no minimum order, but due to this no sale or return policy (unless pre-arranged).
Payment
Invoice terms will be 30 days from date of invoice. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and Paypal (info@cluttermagazine.com) as valid forms of payment.
Shipping
We ship all orders in the UK and Europe via Fed Ex. We pay the full shipping cost within the UK and half for Europe and the Rest of the world. We will send you a shipping quote for approval before sending the goods.

Returns Policy
We will not accept returns unless pre-arranged with us.
If your magazines arrive in unsuitable condition or damaged, please email us and will rectify the situation.
If you fail to receive your order in a timely manor please contact us and we will provide a replacement copies. If you provide us with an incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to pay a second postage charge.
Privacy Policy
Our customer details are kept secure; we will not pass them on to any 3rd party. We do not hold any financial records of your credit or debit cards. All of those details are held by Paypal our payment processor.
