Produced in frightful black vinyl with pink, teal, and orange accents, this 9-inch tall 'Halloween' Cap'n will not only look great but bring help you ring in October right. Limited to an edition of 100 pieces worldwide, each signed by Ron English.
 
A limited amount will also be released on popaganda.com on Oct 11th at 1pm, for those who can't make it to the Con.
